After receipt of payment, your goods will be immediately prepared for insured shipping and handed over to the shipping service provider GLS, or to a shipping company for large quantities. Please note that shipping is not currently rated to every country. If your country is not listed or does not return a shipping rate, please contact us to obtain an offer.

Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM CET
Delivery time: Depending on the carrier and destination country, typically 1–3 days within Germany and 3–14 days for other countries, with transit times of up to 17 days.

For listed countries, the following rates are applied.

1. GERMANY excluding islands

• FREE: Free shipping for orders over €300.
• Light weight: For orders up to €300 and a total weight less than 10 kg, a shipping fee of  €8.10 applies.
• Medium weight: For orders up to €300 and a total weight higher than 10 kg less than 30 kg, a shipping fee of  €17.85 applies.
• Heavy weight: For orders up to €300 and a total weight higher than 30 kg, a shipping fee of  €49 applies.

2. Euro Zone 1 (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden):

• FREE: Free shipping for orders over €500.
• Light weight: For orders up to €500 and a total weight less than 10 kg, a shipping fee of  €17.85 applies.
• Medium weight: For orders up to €500 and a total weight higher than 10 kg less than 30 kg, a shipping fee of  €49 applies.
• Heavy weight: For orders up to €500 and a total weight higher than 30 kg, a shipping fee of  €65 applies.

3. Euro Zone 2 (Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia):

• FREE: Free shipping for orders over €700.
• Light weight: For orders up to €700 and a total weight less than 10 kg, a shipping fee of  €49 applies.
• Medium weight: For orders up to €700 and a total weight higher than 10 kg less than 30 kg, a shipping fee of  €65 applies.
• Heavy weight: For orders up to €700 and a total weight higher than 30 kg, a shipping fee of  €110 applies.
